The room was spacious and modern. the bed was comfortable. - the staff was exceptionally helpful. - the breakfast offered a variety of local food. - the hotel is centrally located, not too far from the Roman Theatre Plovdiv.

The breakfast was good with real coffee and served with delay, as for instance, the staff was superbly friendly and gentle. The location was good and best possible, really close to the Salvadore Dali themed restaurant, and Near train and easily accessible. Amazing service was provided here.

Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Services (WIFI) OK. I did not like the interior of the bar and restaurant, but the food was good.

Big room, clean, large bathroom, relatively close to center
poor breakfast (couple of choices but not a single time we were offered the full menu - juice, yoghurt missing); garage is terrible small and crowded - in the morning we couldn't get out untill some other guest came and moved own car (delay of 30min)

Friendliness of the Staff. Breakfast facilities. Close to downtown, but no noise. Laundry service. Perfect WIFI connection. High standard - low price.
The salvador dali design of the bar - but that is purely personal; I would have preferred a local design, ref. to classical heritage (Greek-Roman-Thracian).

This hotel answers all your needs even if ont a palace good room service,wifi connexion etc. Ot is 15 minutes slow Walker fom city center and close from train station
